This document provides an overview of various logistics operations at a CFS (Container Freight Station), including: 1) BCN (Block Container Network) operations for importing and exporting containers via rail, including booking rail space, loading trains, and generating reports. 2) Import operations such as unloading containers at port, customs clearance, and releasing import cargo. 3) Export procedures like carting cargo, customs examination, container stuffing, and container movements. 4) Auction procedures for unclear import cargo after 45 days.

 Final notice to the importer.
