अथवा माक्षक्षकसहहत: पात्य: सूतो ववधानेन॥

12. Arota badha parada is used for kshetrikarana which should
be as follows
1. The parada purified by urdhvapatana.
2. After conducting swedana, murchana , uthapana, patana,
rodhana and niyamana the parada subjected to
nashtapishtitva by tritutation with abhraka or
swarnamakshika followed by patana till it become heat
stable this is administered.

Kalkabaddha suta – here parada ground with the bhasma
of swarna makshika, shilajathu, loha bhasma, pathya,
aksha,vidanga,ghrita and madhu till nashtapishatatva and
administered.
Various other combinations are being mentioned for kalka
badha suta with different benefits.

22. प्रातरेव पुरतो ववरेचनं तद्हदनोपवासनं ववधाय च।
तत्परोऽहतन च पथ्यसेवनं तत्परोऽहतन रसेन्द्र सेवनम्।
बुद्धधस्मृततप्रभाकास्न्द्तबलञ्चैव रसस्तथा।
वद्िधन्द्ते सवाि ऎवैते रससेवाववधौ नृणाम्॥

•On the first day the person should be given
virechanam followed by upavasa on the same
day.
•second day the person should resort to pathya
sevanam.
•On the third day the person should be
administered rasa.
•By rasa seva the person will be imparted with
budhi, smrithi, prabha, kanti and bala.
25. •The consumer become kamandha from rasa ajeerna by
3/7/21 days of bhasma seva which should be counter acted
with out provision for itercourse.
•If the person indulge in intercourse his shukra become
chalitha there by leading to pranakshaya/death.
•Such a condition of rasajeerna should be tackled by
allowing to interact with women with out provision for
intercourse. This allows proper kramana of rasa in body.

•Yogi and brahmachari may resort to Samadhi state for
rasa kramana.
26. Treatment of malarodha during parada
seva
सकणाममृतां भुक्त्वा मले बद्धे स्वपेस्न्द्नसश।

Pippali + hareetaki churna consumed at night before sleep to
relive constipation.
If rasa administered with tambula pathra then the condition
will not arise.

32. Consequences of Apathya seva
यस्त्यक्त्वा शास्त्रववधधं प्रवतिते स्वेर्च्छया रसे मूढ:।

If out of ignorance if one does not follow the regimens
advised in the right way then he shall develop the condition
of rasaajeerna.

kashaya in ama avijeerna rasayane.
Rasa hrudaya tantra also advocates
•Karkoti moola rasam/ kashayam + saindhavam/
souvarchalam/gomuthram for 3 days
•Matulunga ras( commentary : jadaa of mathulunga) +
shunti+ saindhavam. In the morning.
36. कथमवप यद्यज्ञानान्द्नागाहदकलङ्ककतो रसो भुक्त:।
तत्स्रावणाय ववज्ञ: वपबेस्र्च्छफां कारवेल्लभवाम्॥( र धच ३/२२४)
If one consumes rasa with nagadi dosha then karavella shipha
rasa is considered as an antidote.
As per rasa hrudaya tantra The condition can be cured by
consuming gomuthra mixed with katukichurna and karavalli
jada.
37. Measure to facilitate proper digestion
of parada.
अत्यम्ल लवण कटुकै रससंस्रावो जमरो भवतत।
आततमधुरैश्च ववनश्यतत जमठरवस्ह्न: सततभुक्तैश्च॥(र.हृ.त
१९/५७)
•By consuming Atyamlam (chukradi), Atilavanam (ksharadi),
Atikatukam (nimba katuki ityadi) by this proper jarana takes
place.
•If one resort to madhurannaseva during this stage, it results
in the destruction of jataragni.
38. Precaution
य: पुनरेवं सततं करोतत मुढ: समाहारम्।
तस्य ववनश्यतत अस्गननि खलु क्रामतत रसो भवेत्॥ र.हृ.त

If even after the cure of rasajeerna the patient continue the
consumption of atyamla,lavana katu rasa then it results in the
nasha of jadaragni and improper kramana of rasa.
