Zendesk recorded a total of 2,788 RNEA tickets from
January 7-13 and able to process a total of 2,537
tickets in less than TWO HOURS.
Raschelle accomplished 10.85 TPH last week from

362 hours and 6 minutes and did 316 hours and 23
minute the previous week.
