This document outlines a random acts of kindness exercise where a student performs 5 random acts of kindness over the course of a week for different people. They then fill out a grid tracking the date, act performed, who was involved, and why they did it. After, they answer 3 reflection questions about which act stood out most to them and why, who benefited most from their act and why, and how the acts made them feel and how this links to self-esteem.
