1. Write you valuable insight and expectation from the course
My valuable insight and expectation from the course are to be healthy in the physical,
social, and mental aspects. Though we are in the middle of a pandemic, this subject will help
every student to be active. When we burn out in our daily routine, it is best to have this course to
help us unwind to keep ourselves with a healthy body as well as our mind. Also, it is essential
for us to have physical education that will help to maintain our discipline.And to know the
importance of being a physically and mentally fit person.
Another thing, P.E will help to boost confidence level as a student, along with
capability and competence to participate in several physical activities. This will help me to
relieve the stress and anxiety that I gain from doing school activities. I believe that this teaches
every student to have improved self-discipline, self-control in all aspects of their life, from better
controlling their emotions to being more self-motivated with their studies.
2. Write a short reflection about the school Vision-Mission-Goals-Philosophy.
Immaculate Conception I- College of Arts Technology can help to mold every student's
character, behavior and skills as well as to broaden student's knowledge. It helps the students
to showcase their talents through both internal and external competition. It gives assistance to
every student. Though we are still in critical condition due to the pandemic , ICI still finds a way
to give every student a quality education. Not only that , they give students mental support to
cope up the challenges in online class. I hope that this school as we all the Professors /
Instructors will help us to strengthen and help us to be competent.
