TTEC is facing challenges hiring enough employees due to a tight labor market. To address this, they implemented a strategy to think like marketers and drive referrals and boomerangs by re-engaging past applicants and employees. They automated referral and application processes using technology to improve the candidate experience. This approach helped TTEC increase hiring by focusing on their best hiring sources and resulted in lessons about maintaining data integrity and focusing on what recruitment strategies are most effective.
