3. B. Client & Experience : IDEA Cellular Ltd. (BATATA):(2003 to 2004) – 1.5 Yrs.
Position & Description : Project Coordinator (Engg support for site built) in Delhi
In co-ordination with IDEA Site Acquisition Department & project
implementation head to collect the site location details for collecting the
building details and conduct the Non-Destructive Test (NDT) to identify the
building feasibility for Tower. Release the foundation design drawing for
safe and suitable buildings for construction.
C. Client & Experience : TATA Tele Services Hyderabad: (2004 to 2005) – 1.5 Yrs
Position & Description : Deputy Manager (Project of Site Acquisition) in Hyderabad.
In co-ordination with TATA Tele services RF team and participated in
searching and collecting the suitable site locations. Acquire the site
documents, negotiate with Land / Building Owner. Collection of complete
documents pertaining to land/building, Vetting of legal documents,
Submission of legal vetted documents to client and after clearance from
client. Acquired more than 1000 sites in span of in tenure of my job.
D. Client & Experience : Bharti Infratel (Pan India) (2006 to 2008) – 2+ yrs
Position & Description : Deputy Manager -Tower Fabrication Inspections at Factory.
Interacting with Infratel and collecting the Vendors list. Inspect the Tower
PROTO, Tower Material & fabrication quality at fabrication units, giving the
punch points to vender if any defects. After rectification of punch points
clear the material for dispatch. Update the report status weekly basis to
client.

Due Diligence Audit carried out for 60k site in 6 month.

engineering to know the tower design and capacity of the tower.
Achievements
 As a project Manager, reverse engineering done for 50K sites. Field inputs collected &
reverse engineering Analysis done in PAN India with the help of Field engineers & Design
