Project Description:
As a part of Identity Management team I work closely with various application teams across the
organization from Identity and Access Management infrastructure perspective and Assist the existing team on all
aspects of engineering the IAM infrastructure.

2. Responsibilities:
 Engineer, maintain and support Security solution using SSO technologies. Support SiteMinder Web Agent
installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
 Assist applications to integrate with Single Sign on (SSO) infrastructure.
 Assist in developing custom security solutions to integrate with unsupported application architecture.
 Perform advanced troubleshooting of SiteMinder/Single Sign-On solutions and interface directly with various
IT teams to resolve technical issues in production environment.
 Provide subject matter expertise/consulting for web authentication, single sign-on and related technologies.
 Expertise in analyzing the logs (trace, access) and troubleshooting issues in integration of applications using
CA SiteMinder.
 Install R12.51 policy servers and WAM.
 Onboard applications integrated with Infrastructure.
 Set up SiteMinder Monitoring scripts and configure alerts.

Project Description:
We provide support to the applications which are integrated with the Siteminder and applications which are using AD
for authentication. Enhancing the Siteminder and Directory server environment by integrating the new applications and
provide the single sign on between the applications.

3. Responsibilities:
SProvide SSO platform upgrade and maintenance Support.
 SSO enable new application
 Maintaining SiteMinder policies (Realm, rules, response)
 Maintain SSO folder and support central.
 Support SSO Web Components
 Create and/or maintain SSO Procedures documents
 Provide General Support and troubleshooting of SSO services and maintain RCA if applicable.
 Resolve end user issues in Staging, Production SSO and troubleshoot end user SSO issues not covered by
helpdesk.
 Provide support service for all businesses and systems supporting SSO
 Work with Software Vendors such as CA & Microsoft to resolve issues encountered during execution of project
 Perform new technology evaluations and proof of concepts in lab environment
 Co-ordinate between Offshore team and Customer.
