I was working as Senior Tech Lead over here since last 5 and half years. The domain was related to
casino gaming. Worked in various projects in the Casino Management System (Oasis 360) and
became the SME for almost all the application which are used for various task in a Casino. The
Casino Management systems is ERP suite of 40 applications, each application is used for carrying out
particular task/process in the casino. All these application are developed in .Net or Java with MYSQL
and SQL Server 2012 as the database. It follows a three level architecture .The casino management
system had various projects starting from patron enrollment to jackpot processing and accounting of
the Casino. There are many application which interacted with Electronic Gaming Machines. My roles
and responsibilities
In Aristocrat Technologies we were using the Agile Methodology of development. We used
the scrum method were we followed the sprints of 4 weeks.
I was involved in the grooming session for requirement analysis – understand the
requirements, involved in estimations and decide what approach should be taken for finding
out solutions.
Keeping eye on the burn down chart throughout the sprint, giving the demo to the product
managers at the end of the sprint come out with conclusion related to completion of the
sprint.
Played the role of scrum master on various occasions.
Coordinating with stake holders to get the environment ready for testing. Involved as an

Super-PlayMate is the player tracking module for Oasis 360. Super-PlayMate provides
casino marketing personnel with various information tools for managing and analyzing
important player and group information. Super-PlayMate enables casinos to track, promote,
and reward player gaming activity. Players can earn points and comp dollars based on actual
slot and pit game play. Casino-defined formulas determine how much game play is required
for a player to accumulate points and/or comp dollars. Super-PlayMate tracks the points and
comp dollars as they are earned and redeemed. Players may also be awarded bonus points for
promotions using the BonusPoints Promotions program.
Project: Oasis 360-FloorLogix Manager
Oasis FloorLogix Manager is an enhanced user interface to the casino floor. The interface maximizes
user interaction with key network components on the gaming network. It helps to monitor the
customer interactions with the sentinel and back of house accounting and analysis. This application is
used to monitor the status of all floors EGM’s, monitor EGM meter values. Provides the facility to
lock the entire floor, flash downloading and scheduling. This solution includes firmware, hardware
and software to provide a seamless communication flow of activity and information. This application
also delivers additional excitement and entertainment value to casino players as well.
4. Project: Oasis – SpeedMedia
SpeedMedia is application that supports scheduling triggering various kinds of bonusing
events, helps downloading different campaigns on to the slot machines and Electronic
Gaming Machines. It also helps in enabling casinos to track, promote, and reward player
gaming activity. Players can earn points and comp dollars based on actual slot. Casino-
defined formulas determine how events much game play is required for a player to
accumulate points and/or comp dollars.
Project: Oasis – Onelink
This is Java based web application on a Linux platform which help the casino to schedule external
bonuses in the form of Jackpot on Electronics Gaming Machines. This also helps to display various
kind of audio/videos on the different kind of signage that are displayed within the casino. This
application is integrated with other vendor Electronic gaming Machines apart from Aristocrat
Machines. This machine is also used to control the progressive jackpots
Project: Oasis- Drinks on Tap
This is mobile application which is the part of the Oasis 360 Casino Management system which is
used to process the drink request send from the Electronic Gaming Machine. This app is supported on
iPad and iPhone. This app is used to track the stages of a drink starting from preparation to delivery to
the requestor. This uses the concept for Web API’s which is developed in .Net.
