Vincent Carter was born in 1977 in Daytona Beach, Florida. He is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the New Jersey Nets. Carter attended both public and private schools in Florida from age 4. He was named Florida's 1995 Basketball Player of the Year in high school and played for the USA Junior National Team that year. As a professional, Carter has been selected to the NBA All-Star Game for the past eight seasons.
