2. 1. AIRBUS A350 and A400M: Being into Airbus project, I was responsible for the various parts of aircraft
(Analysis of 3D models and 2D drawings) as such - Sheet metal, Machined parts and Piping.
This involves-
• Studying the engineering drawing completely with Bill of Material and Airbus Engineering Change
Notes.
• Analysing each detail parts with dimensions at CATIA V5.
• Analysing the modified parts with engineering drawings and Bill of Material for quantities.
• Conduct Engineering trials on various components/assemblies for validating the changes in
Products/process and take decision to start regular production
• Evaluating Project risks impacts and implement corrective actions
• Participate in management design review meeting for design quality improvement Process and
other technical issues and identify feasible solutions
Tools used for this Project:
• CATIA V5, PRIMES and CITRIX
• MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
2. BOMBARDIER C-series 100/300: I have extensively worked on creating ISO views of aircraft parts,
analysing models in CATIA V5 with latest version, searching products(Assemblies and parts) through
ENOVIA, Design Quality improvements.
- Responsible for allotted individual parts and drawings and PROCESSING of work orders as per the
Engineering intent
• Working closely with Design Release Engineers for evaluation and approval of the Engineering
change by studying its impact on Product Quality, reliability and impact on other General
assemblies
• Complete Analysis on assembly and create ISOMETRIC view for clear explanation.
• Analysing engineering Drawing completely along with 3D model in CATIA V5.
• Participate in project meetings and perform as a role team lead as per project requirement.

3. Analysis of Aircraft materials and creation of aircraft parts in Catia V5 for Area, Volume and
Weight Calculation (BOMBARDIER): Being into this project, I am responsible for the each detail parts
of aircraft (Analysis of part materials and interior/exterior coatings and its calculations).
This involves-
• Calculating the area, volume and weight of each detail parts by creating the model in CATIA V5
as per project
• Studying of Assembly drawings, Detail Drawings, Installation Drawings as per BOMBARDIER
Standards.
• Analysis of materials using BOMBARDIER Standard Specifications or international approved
standard specifications.
• Analysis of parts coating/paintings by specifying their Types, Class, Grades (Hardness) and
Categories.

• CATIA V5, Technical Illustration and BOMBARDIER REACH TOOL.
