2. AIM
Our aim was to create audio adverts that made local residence aware that the
production was in process and soon to be performed. This is being done
through Ringwood school radio so that anyone can tune in and that the
students are guaranteed to listen with the intention that they go inform
further family and friends of the event so that they attend and follow the
process updates with our audio adverts.
3. TEAM
Craig – editor. We will give him our recorded interviews and he will
continue to edit them
Dylan- presenter. We will give him pre written questions to ask the cast/
crew
Freddie- (jingle creator) prepared the jingle with myself and helped
arranged interviews and questions
Molly- (producer) I helped prepare the jingle as well as write questions and
arrange for the interviews to actually happen. I thought I would do well at
this role as I am close with the crew and cast therefore i can get hold of
them for the interviews as well as knowing the best questions to ask the
individually. I also like to organise a team together which is what Freddie
and I did alongside each other in this process.
4. THE TEAM
I believe that our audio team worked well together as there was constant
communication between us all of what was being carried out and when. Especially as
we all had our own separate roles, the process developed like clock work.
Strengths- that we communicated constantly and were aware of what each other
were doing. We also are all friends which benefited us as having a healthy non
argumentative working relationship allowing the process to run smoother as we
know how each other work best.
Weaknesses- As part od our team was involved in other aspects of the show some of
our development time was slower than I would have liked being the producer.
However in future we will make a clearer schedule to keep up to date will all our
work enabling us to balance other duties better.
5. MY ROLE
Strengths - I believe did well in this role as I was patient whilst working
with other members in the team as well as arranging times with the cast
being understanding of their schedules.
Weaknesses- I lacked knowledge in the music equipment that was set
up to record the interviews which made this process a little slower
however in future I will learn how to do this before the interview come
round. I could also contact some of the cast sooner to certify that
interview carrying out as some had to be cancelled
6. TEAM
As a team we had meetings together to discuss what was done and
what has to be done so we sty on top of everything as much as we can,
making sure everyone has a role.
7.
8. TEAMS
There were other marketing teams as well as the audio team such as:
Online team
Print team
Video team
These were all just as successful in producing products such as a TV advert, posters,
programmes… due to our social media accounts and public awareness around
school, this was all noticed and observed by all our target audiences resulting in our
teams having a positive output over all.
If I had to improve part of the process in the future, it would be to interact with all
other teams more as I believe each team was successful and made a huge impact
individually however we were not fully aware of everything that everyone was doing.
Regular meetings would benefit in the future to gain this knowledge.
9. SURVEY
A survey was sent out to review out progress and outcomes of the
radio team

11. DID YOU KNOW THERE WAS A RADIO
TEAM?
The results for this were 100% yes. Indicating that we successfully made
our selves noticed by others around us. And not much improvement
would be needed here in the future due to the current success implied
by these results.
12. DO YOU THINK THE RADIO AIDED IN
THE SALES OF TICKETS?
The results on the answer maybe were quite high compared to other
results. Despite yes being the majority of the answer it is clear to see
that this requires improvement. Perhaps a questionnaire in future
asking the audience how they discovered the show and were
encouraged to buy their ticket, to measure our success compared to
other groups such as print teams…
13. Here is the results from the questionnaire about the radio team. The results represent
how the radio team was a success in the fact that others were aware that it was going on
which stemmed an interest towards the show itself which was our aim. The majority was
positive in the sense it was acknowledged however in the future to improve the team
being noticed we could work alongside other departments to create advertising such as
posters towards the radio department.
16. We had also arranged other interviews with directors such as Mr Hawkins and leading
role Gina Elward which we prepared, however due to time restraints this was unable to
happen.
I arranged and prepared the interviews with members of the cast and crew by:
- Contacting them
- writing the questions
- Help set up the equipment
- Give the recordings to Craig to edit together
17.
18. JINGLE
A jingle was written and prepred by Freddie and I for the introduction of
each interview with the aim to engage the audience with a fun tune
relevant to the show as well as a trademark so they are aware of who and
what it is when playing (Anything Goes radio team doing interviews)
