The Jaguar is one of the largest cat species found in South and Central America. It has a tan coat covered in rosettes and lives in forests and swamps, where it stealthily hunts large prey like deer and anacondas. Jaguars are threatened by hunting and loss of habitat, with their population declining and range shrinking due to human activities in their forest homes.
