qualifications to a wide range of customers. I have expensive experience of working in the outdoor
industry, working with challenging behaviour and delivering staff training packages in a variety of
fields.

Company owner and facilitator of first aid and health and safety courses to the individual, company,
organisation and schools. We specialise in consulting, designing and delivering first aid provision in
the South East to fit the needs of our customers.
The Prince's Trust Programme Executive April 2011 - Present
I am responsible for designing a varied and diverse programme. Mentoring, coaching and day to
day supervision of new starters and volunteers. Collating budgets. Delivery of staff training and
development. Liaising with managers, senior heads of and directors and developing and supporting
NEET young people into positive outcomes.
The Prince's Trust Senior Development Tutor April 2011 – June
2014
Designing and implementing a month by month programme of personal and social development
activities. Leading and managing a team of development tutors to ensure this complies with the
stages and processes outlined in a tool kit, the minimum quality standards and any additional
contractual obligations. Assessing and evaluating courses and activities, modifying course design

Fairbridge Development Tutor June 2009 – April 2011
In this role I was responsible for the planning and delivery of sessions, projects and residentials to
disadvantaged young people. The mediums used to enhance the young people's personal, social and
life skills were varied with a high proportion of high impact outdoor activities. Many of my
responsibilities included working with challenging behaviour, delivering accredited courses, driving
and maintaining company vehicles, managing budgets, sourcing and maintaining relationships with
other organisations, and accurate record keeping including the management and supervision of
volunteers.
The Plastic Surgeon Fine Finisher April 2007 – June 2009
Multi surface repair specialist and fine finishing within new properties and customer homes. This
position was customer service related and included the organisation of my own time management
and work loads, canvassing new clients for potential work, performing demonstrations following up
enquiries and working closely with other trades people. This role required exceptional attention to
detail with a keen eye for colour.
2. The Millstone Public House and Restaurant Bar Supervisor June 2006 – April 2007
Day to day running of a busy bar in a country pub. Duties included leading and assisting a front of
house team which involved the taking of customer orders and resolving customers issues. This role
included arranging, ordering and accepting deliveries, stock management and rotation, maintaining
a fresh and professional environment, assisting with the organisation of staffing and levels to suit
business forecast demand and arranging cover for unplanned absence.
Bernadette Life Care New Zealand Night Time Shift Supervisor October 2005 – March
2006
This role was within a private hospital with a residential wing. Hospitality and one to one personal
daily care of adults with various physical and medical conditions. Responsibilities involved
assisting with medication, tailoring meals to specific dietary requirements, responding to emergency
calls and performing general duties to enhance client care and safety.
Robinwood Activity Centre Activity Instructor January 2004 – August 2005
Working with mainstream school children aged eight to eleven years with the delivery of outdoor
adventurous activities. I was responsible for leading the training and development of new
colleagues through mentoring and maintaining improvement of experienced staff. Responsibilities
included night duties, maintenance of grounds, equipment and activity areas. Designing and
building of new activities which also involved creating and updating risk assessments to ensure
safety of customers and colleagues.
Mill On The Brue Activity Instructor January 2002 – January 2004
Deliverance of adventurous activities to a wide variety of customers and clients of all ages and
abilities, this also involved special needs children and adults. Leading and developing staff training
programmes for both new and existing colleagues and keeping up to date and accurate records. Also
responsible for the basic care and husbandry of farm animals. Design, maintenance and
improvement of specific activity areas including the construction of a footbridge.
