The document provides instructions for administrators to log in and navigate the system. Administrators should go to the provided URL, click the Administrator Login button, and enter the username "admin@admin.com" and password "123" to access the administration panel. From there, administrators can add, edit, or delete professor profiles by clicking the professor button and following the password requirements. Administrators can also edit their profile settings and log out to return to the home page.

1. User manual:
In this section we will describe how the administrator interacts with the system (in its current version).
Go to: http://172.21.255.252/ITE503Group5/Version3/greeny_blu/greeny_blu/greeny_blu/
Then click on “Administrator Login” button at the top of the page.
The following page will appear, enter the following username and password and then press login:
Username: admin@admin.com
Password: 123
Now you are logged into the administration panel of the website, press any of the buttons on the panel
on the left side, we will take an example and press “professor”:

2. In this page you can add new Professor, edit or delete a professor that already exists (as shown in the
following figures):

3. Note: you have to enter a password that is following the minimum requirements (The password must be at
least 6 characters and must contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one digit.)
Now you have a professor, whose profile you can edit or delete.
We can go to the right side of the page, you will find “administrator logout”, and so we can logout from
the account and return to the home page.
Also there is the edit profile settings, where you can login and change your information.
