Version 10 of SAP Business One introduced enhancements to the "Add" button on marketing documents to provide more flexibility and prevent users from viewing another user's recently added document by mistake. The Add button now offers options to add the document and open a new window, add the document and view it, or simply add the document and close the window, with the user's last selection remembered for future use of that document type. This aims to save users time by allowing them to review documents before printing or emailing and prevent inadvertently viewing another user's data.
