9. Warranty status of the vehicle will be checked. If the vehicle is under warranty, the vehicle must be
repaired at an approved panel beater.
No quotations will be given to non-approved Panel beaters for under warranty vehicles.
Quotation will be made for the panel beater or insurance company.
Save-a-Car or Price Assist program is available.
Upon order received, parts will be ordered.
Follow up with customer on ETA of parts. (7 working days if parts are in South Africa and 21 working
days if parts need to be ordered from overseas.)
If special parts were ordered, please note that we do not have a credit facility with our OEM’s in South
Africa, therefore no part credits will be accepted.
When parts arrive, we will inform the customer and book out the parts. Please note that damaged
parts and short supplied parts will have to be re-ordered. The customer will be notified of any
changes.
10. AMH have on all our franchises enough stock on our fast moving items.
AMH can supply non-stock parts within 7 to 10 working days, when available in South Africa.
Special parts on back order can be supplied within 21 working days from overseas to South Africa.
Overnight Services are available at an additional cost.
Save-a-Car & Price Assist programs are available for vehicles to be written off due to cost of repair.
11. BENEFITS OF USING GENUINE PARTS……
1. Longer Life Expectancy
• Replacing the damaged parts with the genuine spares will ensure that your parts serve for
a longer period without any breakdown. The longer the life of the part the lower the
maintenance, the more it’ll save you money on the longer run.
• Non-genuine parts though are priced lesser than the genuine ones, but at the same time,
the risk of breakdown and shorter lifespan will in the end prove much more expensive.
2. Better Quality
• Genuine spare parts are specifically designed to meet the requirements of the vehicle.
They have the same construction as that of your original parts and pass the similar
endurance tests to ensure that they are a perfect replacement for your vehicle.
• Moreover, non-genuine parts also carry a risk of damaging the other genuine parts that
they are linked to the vehicle, which can worsen the condition of the vehicle.
3. Productivity
• Non-genuine parts are not at all designed to work exactly like the genuine parts. If the
parts of the vehicle have less efficiency, the outcome would be of lower quality as well.
Moreover, they might also have higher resource and power requirements that will further
add up to the cost of repair.

• Genuine spare parts also come with a guarantee against any fault. Suppliers of non-genuine parts are unable to offer
this type of guarantee, as their focus is increasing their sales and not providing high-quality, original products.
6. Service after Sales
• Genuine spare parts supplier also offers services like diagnostic assistance, technical support, and troubleshooting
services even after the sales.
• In short, they are responsible to ensure that the parts function optimally for over a very long period. For you, as a buyer,
it brings a great sense of relief when you know that you can easily contact them if at all the part isn’t functioning as
desired.
• Genuine OEM Suppliers can supply the full range of parts for your vehicle.
7. Logistics
• Genuine, OEM suppliers have a well-connected network to many parts of the world to ensure that you get the original
spare part as soon as possible. On the other hand, non-genuine suppliers don’t have a backing of a well-connected
logistics organization.
• This can be very problematic if you need a spare part instantly as you might have to meet a deadline in a couple of
days, or even simply need some sort of assistance for a part recently purchased.
13. WHAT IS REQUIRED
Vehicle & Customer Details: VIN / Year Model / Mileage / Make / Model / Customer name and contact
details.
Trade & Retail value of vehicle.
Vehicle write-off value (N$ amount and %).
Insurance claim number.
Need panel beater’s full quotation.
Both panel beater and insurance company must indicate their contribution towards the program.
All information will be sent to South Africa for approval and pricing.
14. WHAT IS REQUIRED
Vehicle & Customer Details: VIN / Year Model / Mileage / Make / Model / Customer name and contact
details.
Insurance claim number.
Quotation from panel beater.
Contribution indications from both insurance company and panel beater.
15. PARTS ORDER AND RETURN POLICY:
STOCKED PARTS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, TOGETHER WITH
ORIGINAL INVOICE AND PACKAGING, T&C’s APPLY.
NON-RETURNABLE / REFUNDABLE PARTS:
• NON-STOCKED PARTS (SPECIAL ORDERS).
• BACK-ORDER PARTS.
• ELECTRICAL PARTS AND COMPONENTS.
• PARTS NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
• DAMAGED PARTS.
DEPOSITS PAID FOR PARTS ORDERED WILL BE USED TO COVER COSTS IF UNCOLLECTED FOR MORE THAN 30 (THIRTY)
DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION OF ARRIVAL OF SUCH PARTS.
ALL RETURN PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION AND FINAL APPROVAL OF THE PARTS
MANAGER.
16. CASH CLIENT
When a quotation is accepted, the client needs to pay in full if the amount is N$ 3000.00 (Three
thousand Namibian dollars) or less and 50% deposit is required if amount is above N$ 3000.00.
Proof of payment must be faxed through to +264 61 4315141 or emailed to us and the quotation
number should be on the deposit slip as reference.
ACCOUNT CLIENT
When clients want to order a part it can only be done by an order number to be faxed or emailed. No
telephonic orders will be taken.
When the amount to be ordered exceeds the credit limit, the account must be settled before ordering
parts.
If account is overdue on 60 days, accounts will be closed till payment is received. No cash transactions
will be applicable.

17. AMH Parts Division cannot be held responsible for any loss
or damaged parts collected by a courier company, signed
of by the courier company that the goods received were in
good condition.
18. • AMH Namibia receiving more than two customer complaints a
year where the Body Repairer is at fault.
• Body Repairer not passing the yearly audit.
• NON Genuine Parts/Alternative parts used on AMH vehicle
brands.
Before alternative parts are used on AMH vehicle brands out of
warranty, please allow us the opportunity to quote as well.
19. WE WILL NEED THE ASSISTANCE OF ALL INSURANCE
COMPANIES TO PLEASE SUPPLY US WITH VEHICLE
DETAILS THAT HAS BEEN WRITTEN OFF.
PLEASE ALLOW US THE OPPORTUNITY TO QUOTE ON
PARTS ON VEHICLES OUT OF WARRANTY.

WE ARE FORTUNATE TO HAVE A TWO STOREY
WAREHOUSE WHERE WE CAN HOLD OVER 15000
LINED ITEMS, STOCK OFF N$ 3 MILLION AND A STOCK
TURN OFF 8 TIMES PER YEAR. WE RECEIVE STOCK
ORDERS ON A WEEKLY BASIS AND URGENT ORDERS
ON A DAILY BASIS.
WE HAVE A DESPATCH FACILITY FOR PARTS ON A
DAILY BASIS.
CUT-OFF TIME FOR DESPATCH BEFORE 16H00.
