This document is a letter from Mr. Jaypee Requina and Mr. John Doe, third year students in the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology program at the Surigao del Sur State University, to respondents of their research questionnaire. The research paper is on the total wattage of selected households in two barangays in Cagwait, Surigao del Sur.
