2. In the preliminary task, I used an image
with a natural background. This would
make it difficult for the audience to be
attracted to the magazine. By doing the
preliminary task, it made me think
carefully about the type of background I
should use for my main task. For my main
task I decided to use an image with a
neutral background so I could make the
colour of the text look more attractive to
the audience. The idea of this is to allow
the audience to become more interested
in the content of the magazine. I made
sure that the masthead was large and
bright, this makes the magazine look fun
and exciting. The model has a relaxed and
inviting facial expression which will also
allow the audience to feel comfortable
when reading.
