Question 4 Who would be the audience for your media product?
Audience Research In order to establish an audience for our product, our production group carried out a questionnaire which provided us with the wants and needs of our audience, making it easier for us to cater for their requests.
Our certification is 15; our audience research provided us with a variety of different ages. So, we felt it would be reasonable to aim our product at people over the age of 15. We also chose this age group as our product glorifies violence and abuse, as well as intimidation which would not be suitable for any individual under the age of 15. If a film is to be certified as 15, in the United Kingdom, it has to be around certain guidelines. The following is a list of what is most likely to warrant a 15 certificate, although it is a very rough guide:  ,[object Object]
Violence may be strong but should not dwell on the infliction of pain or injury .These theme are present within our thriller and therefore needs to be certified a certain at 15.
