From audience and peer feedback on their music video, the group learned:
1) They needed to improve the flow and add more singing scenes.
2) Lighting in the fire scene was too dark.
3) Maintaining consistent clothing between scenes was important.
4) Composing shots properly and ensuring subjects filled the frame was important.
Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

In this deck, you will learn the significance of workplace discipline for organisational success. You’ll also learn
• Four (4) workplace discipline methods you should consider
• The best and most practical approach to implementing workplace discipline.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.
1. Question 3- What have you learned
from your audience feedback?
Trupti Patel
2. From audience feedback the features of the video were said to work well such
as the variety within the camera angles that were used, some of the
transitions and the narrative as a whole. Many viewers enjoyed the different
angles as it was interesting for them to watch. Feedback was also given to our
two performers; Zein and Sandhya who played their roles exceedingly well
throughout the whole video and this was done through facial expressions and
fitting in with the genre. The audience also commented on how our performers
worked well together showing that they were both comfortable with each other
when it came to acting portraying a narrative that was real and believable.
However we faced some criticisms which outweighed the positive feedback.
• The audience said they would like to see the video to have more flow and
would have liked to see more scenes of the artist singing.
• The fire scene was said to be good but quite dark in terms of lighting.
However reasons for this are the follows:
The first time we shot this scene The location
we lost the footage due to a was a one off The atmosphere suited well

up equipment is always required.
3. • During the first few times of shooting and converting the footage after this
there were a few issues the audience noticed as well as me and my group.
This criticism was that the bag in the opening shot was different in another
shot . However both these shots were in the same scene therefore was
noticeable. The audience did not mention it was a major thing to be noticed
however my group and I felt that after looking back at the footage a several
times, it was something we had to change.
• From peer assessment, audience and focus group feed back, our group
realised that many scenes had different clothing which was not kept
consistent in terms whether the scene was a flashback or not.
• The student peer to peer evaluation was very useful to get an insight on
peoples opinions on the video. We were expecting criticism as this not only
made our work stronger but allowed us to take these comments into deeper
consideration.
4. Talking to peers individually said that Getting a variety of feedback

Through these changes made I learnt that little things can affect the
whole music video therefore I am pleased we made these changes.
5. Composition Of Shots
From the audience feedback and after looking over the edits a several times,
there was a lack of consideration of the composition of the shot in the
argument scene. We did not make the two characters fit the frame therefore
to improve we cropped our a little of the background and zoomed in to ensure
the two characters filled up the frame.
6. Distributing the video on YouTube raised great
awareness for our music video.

From the comments shown,it can show we have targeted a large audience varying in gender and
age groups. From this I learnt that YouTube is a very large broadcasting website that can gain a
increasingly high number of viewers through distributing on many social networking sites. I also
learnt that YouTube online is not only where people view videos but view on their mobile phones
and this could be a reason why the viewers were a high figure.
7. Ancillary Production (Audience Feed back)
Old
Some feedback was given to the information
present on the magazine advert. The text in
the older version on the left, didn't seem to fit
in with the whole production of other ancillary
texts and. Therefore we were told to change
this so it fits well not only to the artist but with
the genre aswel.
Language of the text
New
After taking the feedback into consideration
we looked again at other magazines for
conventions we could add and we replaced
the words to ‘ The Best Selling Debut Album’.
The positives for this change is that the words
would engage the audience.
8. With the CD ancillary products, I learnt
that through the opinions and feedback
given, it was noticed that the first attempt
of the CD back cover did not flow with the
front cover to make it look like a music
album. From the previous CD back cover
image, people argued this linked more
with our music video than the other
ancillary products. Also we realised it was
not very conventional of a back cover in
terms of the image therefore we made
Old several changes.
The image of the front cover was also
placed for the back cover and dimensions
were adjusted so everything flowed
nicely. The feedback was useful as I
learnt to stick to conventional features of
a CD back cover. We also added more
New features on the back cover and made the
font bold as previously viewers claimed it
was not clear enough.
9. The inlay cards were also criticised because
they felt the old version was very simple and
quite boring and did not fit within the album
theme and genre. My group and I also
Old noticed this and were gradually going to make
changes.
Developing upon the criticism, there was a
change made to the back ground so that it
would be consistent in terms of the colour
scheme and adhere to dark colours of R&B.
New With these changes, I learnt that colour is a
significant contribution for making the album
look professional.
