REMARKS
1. 2943 Set (8829 Pcs) 92% products have been packed into cartons before inspection instead of order
quantity 3170 Set (9510 pcs) , as per packing list.
2. Total carton ready was for shipment 115, we have taken randomly 14 carton for inspection, during
inspection Mixed sizes/mistake found on 2 carton. 1x sizes both color carton total 4 pack Mixed sizes. See
below pictures.

尽量封板，贴上箭头纸，注明 PO 号，keycode．封好样品留着工厂，将封
好的样品贴好 TOP label 拍照放到报告中.

C,如果是批量性的问题也要封板．比如色差，不管色差是否严重都有封板。
