The problem occur because there
was problem is Die matching .Due to
load of supply and no stock we have
to produce the lot 120 before Die
sent for Maintenance. No excess
quantity was produced .
We knew about this problem in our die but
we couldn’t fix it 100% due to supply load .
We have improved the die manually and
minimized the wrinkles before producing the
lot of 120.
Now die is matched and polished again and
the result is found OK.
We checked our die and found that root
cause of the problem was the matching of
Die, As the part is of deep draw and every
time we start production we have to do
setting of Die ,we will Change the
standards of production to Avoid this
problem next time .
We trained our process operator and
Quality inspector to verify the parts from
the start of production. Every time die
setting parts will be Scarped by Supervisor
on the spot and the Cleaning and polishing
of Die is made standards for this Parts
