3. WHAT IS PESTICIDE FORMULATION?
A Homogenous and stable mixture of
active and inert ingredients which
makes the final products simpler,
safer, and more effective to apply to a
target pest.
Solid or Liquid
Surfactants (Dispergent,
wetting agents),
Emulsifiers, Solvents,
Stabilizer, etc…

4. WHY TO FORMULATE PESTICIDE?
To Facilitate Easy Handling And Application Safer, And More
Accurate
To Reduce Toxicity Hazards
Helps In Achieving More Uniform Application
Improved Efficacy And Selectivity Enhanced Storage Stability
5. WHY INERT MATERIALS IS REQUIRE FOR
FORMULATION
Ease in handling of
pesticide product
Inert material make
mixing of pesticide and
measuring pesticide
easier
It provide more safety
to environment
It makes the A.I to
work better
penetration, more
selectivity, and
increase effectiveness

11. QUALITY CONTROL IN PESTICIDE
FORMULATION PRODUCT
Quality control is an essential part of the pest
control manufacturing process to ensure that the
products produced are effective and safe for use. In
fact, by implementing these quality control
measures, pest control manufacturers can ensure
that their products are effective and safe for use
and meet the necessary regulatory requirements.
12. WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF QUALITY CONTROL IN
PESTICIDES MANUFACTURING?
1.Ensuring Product Efficacy
2.Ensuring Product Safety

23. CONCLUSION
Quality control measures help to ensure that the products are
safe to use, handle, and dispose of.
Quality control processes help to ensure that the products
manufactured meet the regulatory requirements.
Quality control helps to find the misbranded products.
The physico-chemical test parameters of formulations are need to be
checked along with A.I. content to determine the quality of a pesticide
sample.
