 This time I am biased I have choose only bank account holder for my sampling.
Mode of data collection

I. The primary data source includes only quantitative data.
II. Data are generated through scheduling questionnaire as a research instruments.

I. Secondary data source include 3 semester notes of Miss. Jyoti Tanwar.

 From my survey could come to know that there is awareness of online banking services. More
than 50 % customers using online banking.
 Most of them are educated. E-Banking is very easy and fast.
 Most of people those are living in cities they having knowledge about E-Banking but they don’t
know procedure of using E-Banking.
 Most of respondent’s wants that Banks arrange an awareness programs because we are living in
cities we can approach any person who know the E-Banking. But in village they don’t have any
option they can’t approach any one.
 Most of respondents are satisfied with services providing by banks. “And respondents thinks that
private banks are providing good E-Banking services.”
Conclusion
 Most of the services through E-Banking / internet banking performed by both public and private banks
are beyond the expectation of the customers.
 Similarly the various services provided by both public and private sector banks are more than adequate
for customers.
 It is concluded finally that there is significant difference between public and private sector banks in
respect of both services provided and services performed via E-Banking / internet banking.
 Result of this research as per my topic “quality E-Banking service public vs private banks” private banks
providing quality bank services leading by 2%.
 From research I got many things like people are not aware about E-Banking.For that I had visited Dabok
village near Udaipur. Where I found most of villager don’t know about E-Banking.
 Same in case of Jaipur and Udaipur many people don’t know about E-Banking.
 Some of people knows about E-Banking but they don’t know how to use these services even they don’t
know how to withdraw money from ATM card. It means that people are not used to of technology.
