Organization is essential when managing a
classroom due to the multiple students that will be
in your care. Dozens of papers will go through your
hands each day, making it necessary to have a
filing system that allows you to keep everything in
one place and avoid losing your students’
homework or assignments. If you’re not organized,
your kids won’t know what to expect and won’t
thrive in a classroom that doesn’t have structure

Trust needs to be established with your students and
colleagues, which requires professionalism in each
