A brief overview my experience, skills and qualifications for this position:
For the past 3 ½ years I have served as Business Access Coordinator for my group;
administering access for Distributed Systems, Large Systems, Lotus Notes, UMT Project
Portfolio Manager, and the Project Support Services Team Site – among others.
I have worked to increase efficiency in my area by introducing my team to an advanced
form creation and management application; by creating a team site to streamline disparate
access controls tools, documentation and procedures; and by serving as the Business Unit
Administrator for our document management application.
I have actively participated in various technology and business process improvement
projects and pilots such as Collaboration 2.0, ISR3 and the XP Migration project. I also
serve on the International Institute of Business Analysts’ Corporate Sponsorships and
Events Team; on the Project Management Community of Practice Operational Team
volunteer as well as the Project Support Services Communications Team.
Other qualifications: Management Reporting Specialist, Desktop Services Coordinator,
SharePoint Coras Works Power User, Lotus Notes Coordinator and CMS Enterprise
Content Provider.
As for creatively meeting customer and enterprise needs – I have received nearly 30
Shared Success Awards alone. But, more importantly I have sent over 150 such awards.

Also, I have a great interest in continuous improvement of the access controls process.
On my own I have 'reengineered' the ARS Deletion Request Form. Feedback has been
that it was "fantastic!" and more user friendly than the current version. I plan to use it in
the next review cycle. I think my experience as a BAC gives me a great deal of insight
into what the process looks like from an end user standpoint. I have also created a
BAC/DSA distribution list as well as the IRG Access Controls Team Site (mentioned
earlier) that I have been told I should push out to other Access Coordinators.
I would really love to be part of a team whose focus is efficiency, quality and process
improvement.
