 Experienced in all aspects of hardware as well as a variety of third party software products
including Government specific applications (M.I.S.)
 Extensive training in Microsoft Office, Mac OS X, XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft Operating Systems,
Active Directory, Network Topology, CITRIX, VMware, Microsoft Office Communicator, Microsoft
Exchange, Symantec Anti-Virus Corporate, Server backup and Support and VoIP.
 Hands on with HP printers and fax’s (Jet Direct) and (Microsoft Print Management), Blackberry’s
using (BlackBerry Enterprise Manager) and Motorola Cell phones/PDA’s using (Microsoft Active-
