This document opens two Excel workbooks, accesses the first worksheet of each, and then loops through each cell in the first worksheet. It compares the value of each cell to the value in the same cell address in the second worksheet using a regular expression. The cell in the first worksheet is marked as "Pass" if the values match or "Fail" if they do not, with failing cells colored red.
