The document discusses the concept of owning or enclosing a language. It argues that if someone could own the English language, it would severely limit free speech and communication. The architecture used to implement currencies inherently leads to enclosure and the concentration of power and wealth.
Mars will make its closest approach to Earth in recorded history on August 27th, coming within 34.6 million miles. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event, as it may be as long as 60,000 years before Mars comes this close again due to gravitational influences from Jupiter. At its closest approach, Mars will appear brighter than any other object in the night sky except the moon.
The document discusses cryptography techniques that can be used in Silverlight applications, including encrypting data stored in isolated storage using AES encryption with a key derived from a password. It also describes how to generate initialization vectors, encrypt and decrypt data, and calculate hashes of data using SHA algorithms or MD5.
The document refers to Group 752, but provides no other context or details about this group. It contains a single line of text stating "Group 752" without any further information about the purpose, members, or activities of this group. The brief document does not include enough information to generate a multi-sentence summary.

A very interesting read, a unanimous decision (of conservative-appointed judges) throwing out law banning gay marriage as unconstitutional. Both sides of the issue are clearly eloquated by opposing parties - I'm biased but the opposing sides arguments are starting to appear dated, not backed by evidence or sciense or research, and increasingly desparate.
The document discusses the implementation of Fair Student Funding in Baltimore City Public Schools. It aimed to create a more equitable and transparent funding model that allocated resources based on student needs rather than staffing. Key aspects included devolving dollars previously controlled by the central office to individual schools, establishing weights in the funding formula for student characteristics like performance levels, and implementing caps on gains or losses schools could face in a given year during the transition. The process involved numerous stakeholders and aimed to empower school leaders while holding them accountable for student outcomes.
This was a group assignment where we had to pick a brand or corporation who was lacking in online appeal. Our goal was to visually enhance the site to our demographics and create interactivity throughout the site
