In the production the cast is young andconsists ofa male andfemale, one of which, the male, is the professional and
the other, the female, is the sly criminal that outwits the male protagonist. However in the production we didn’t
have the reach in orderto acquire anold enough set ofcast sowe hadtouse Freddie andLouise Carus who both
look in their late teens early 20’s, the age groupthat wouldwatch film content as they're 15-24 on average.
One could arguethat the audience questions the mental state ofthe female antagonist due toher calm nature in a
situation that should come across intimidating, however she sits there smoking andanswering the detective
back with ease, as if she has the upper hand.

3. HOW ARE THE SOCIAL GROUPS REPRESENTED?
Thereisareasonableamount of ideologicalconstructionintheopening ofourpiece,the femaleisseentooutwitthemale
characterintoafalsesenseofsecurity,tohisperil.As thesceneunfoldsthereisaclear binarybetweenthetwo
characters,thus twosex’s, towhichthe femaletakes thehighergroundintellectually.Thisshows ideologicaldiscourse
