Medical office vacancy increased to 15.3% while rents rose. Industrial vacancy remained at 9.4% despite positive absorption as new inventory was added. Retail vacancy increased to 6.9% with negative absorption, as average rents grew slightly. Several new commercial projects are under construction across sectors totaling over 1.2 million square feet.
