Program Mechanics: The Purple Cow Referral Program pays out 10% of the net commission to GRA, every year your Client renews. Your referral fees will reflect the payment mode of your Client: annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly. If you build up a sizeable block of business, you may get 10% more to override agents. GRA Backroom Administration: GRA will pay you checks directly. Whatever arrangement you make with sub-agents is up to you, but GRA will not pay sub-agents. GRA will process checks as earned weekly, and will be responsible for all servicing, billing & collections. GRA will not tolerate ‘meddling,’ and will not process advances. Purple Cow Marketing & Sales: Purple Cow itself reserves the right to pursue your referrals according to its own marketing and sales priorities, and will not tolerate ‘meddling’ during the sales, service & renewal processes.
