 Assignment
What will you do with 1 loaf
         of bread?
ASSIGNMENT

 The challenge is to look at BREAD in a new way.
Create as
much "value" as possible starting with
ONE LOAF OF BREAD.

 You can use any type of bread you like, and measure value in any
    way you want.
Use this as an opportunity to be creative!

 Truly unique point of view vs. obvious

 Truly creative approach to assignment

 Terrific job in implementing the project

 Fabulous job in telling the story of the project
A Bad Rap
Let’s face it, bread has gained a reputation lately for being
unhealthy among people of the middle and high income
categories. It’s kind of sad, really. After all, bread has been a part
of the daily diet of every known culture, for about 30,000 years. In
one form or another, it has influenced the diets of everyone all
over the world. Not only that, but in most countries, the price of a
loaf of bread is used to indicate whether a country is doing well
 economically.

Our Team, in conjunction with the
International Bread Board (this is fictitious)
has developed an advertising campaign to
  strengthen the much-maligned
carbohydrate and to restore it to once again
put bread back in the hearts of the world, if
  not back on its’ tables.
Campaign Brief

Problem: Bread is high in carbohydrates and therefore not as popular
in middle to high income markets.

Target demographic: middle to high income, health-conscious

Solution: Create an ad campaign which proposes other uses for bread
  in it’s many different forms.

Tagline: “Bread: it’s a winner!”

Marketing formats/media: web banners, Print ads, radio, online
videos, Television (or whatever we can do in this project)

Pros: it’s light, edible, dryable, easily absorbs water/liquids, is
  biodegradable

 Sense of satisfaction from helping the
                        environment.
