Rotana Studio - Wadjda Event
From hostesses to AV, our team organized and managed an elegant after party for Rotana
Studios in honour Saudi Arabia’s first female filmmaker, Haifaa
Al-Mansoor, for her first feature film ‘Wadjda’.
The party rocked the Fort Island and quickly turned into one of the most
popular events of the night – running late into the night past any other after party of the
season.

We promoted Freez through product sampling and promotion at a 2013 New Year’s
Eve party, handling the stand, uniforms and sizzling promoters.

SHOWROOM INAUGURATION
House of Mazda
From conceptualization to execution, we managed every detail of this Japanese
themed event for Galadari Automobiles’ inauguration of their new House of
Mazda showroom. The event took place in a 70sqm Zen Garden specially built
by our team, and featured a host of live entertainment including live artists,
samurai fighting, taiko drummers, and ninjas dropping down from the ceiling.
In addition, themed décor and hostesses dressed in kimonos truly brought the
Japanese theme to life.

Earth Hour
Our team worked on the conceptualization, event coordination, management and
training for the Earth Hour event in Downtown Dubai, also providing a host of acts
to keep people entertained.

We took care of everything from venue to branding for Masafi and Dubai Cares
press conference to announce their joint ‘Thank You’ initiative, followed by a
highly successful activation in Dubai Mall which helped raise significant funds for
children with cancer.

managed training sessions for university students from across the UAE for one

included sampling in shopping malls and parks.

We managed a competition for up and coming DJs for Pringles and created
custom CDs with their songs that were then distributed by our promoters. In
addition, we built a special music dock at the top of the Pringles box that
allowed people to play music directly from their phones and MP3 players,

Our team brought Ülker’s brand Halley to life in Lebanon with an engaging

We set up and managed promotion stands at universities in Kuwait and Dubai, resulting

Before the university promotion started, there were around 100,000 FB likes for TicTac’s

gathering an additional 153,000 likes!

awards for ‘Best Trade Stand’ and ‘Best Environmental Sustainability’ at the
event.

Nestlé Dolce Gusto
We handled the design and production for Nestlé’s Dolce Gusto 4m tall stand,
catching consumers’ attention with a giant version of their product. The
design was so successful that Nestlé decided to extend the rental period for
the display.
