This document summarizes progress in improving practice through social learning from March 2012. It shows how practitioners can use evidence from four sources - research, client values, making sense of information, and practitioner experience - to create job-ready knowledge. This leads to generative conversations that help practitioners share experiences and think creatively about better practices, building trusted relationships and readiness to adopt evidence-based preferred practices.
