PTE introduction
The Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic is a computer-based exam designed to assess the English language abilities of non-native speakers wishing to study in English-speaking institutions. The test features integrated item types and scores that reflect both overall academic English proficiency and individual communicative and enabling skills. Additionally, PTE Academic scores are aligned with the Common European Framework (CEF) and have concordance estimates with IELTS and TOEFL.
