Beaman Library provides many resources and services to aid student research, including computers, study rooms, and helpful library staff. The research process requires knowledge of locating and organizing information from various sources, as well as tools for accessing and evaluating information. Resources in Beaman include books, periodicals, databases, and government documents. Services like interlibrary loan can obtain materials not available in Beaman. Librarians teach effective research strategies and proper citation of sources.
