David joined his school swimming team two years ago. He was worried about competing against his strong rival Brandon, who always wins. David's parents encouraged him and said they would reward him if he won. His coach helped him train selflessly by teaching skills and proper form. At the competition, David performed better than expected and won the championship. After winning, David became popular at school and students assumed he was clever, even though they did not know him well.

Grow along with your Buddy / Help and get Helped
In this competitive world, most of us are concerned about ourselves only resulting in selfish outlook which in turn makes us feel lonely and stressed. The objective of this movement is to remove loneliness from people's life and make this world a better place to live in.
Let us pair with one individual Buddy (he / she) with whom we can share our feelings, discuss and get feedback. This would help us grow in each and every area of our life as we require mirror for our makeup, the buddy becomes our mirror to help us recognize our blind spots, gives us a new perspective and becomes a catalyst in our growth.
The first step in this process is to choose a Buddy and share with Buddy as much as possible and be familiar with each other as it will breed comradie. The more transparent and open we are the better.
We can have Buddy in each area of our life i.e Relationship, Career, Recreation, Learning and Spiritual. Once we are experienced and get the benefits of Buddy, we should promote Buddyand me 1+1=11 concept to the people we know.
You can post your experience, tips, suggestion and comments on Facebook to help and motivate others. Let’s be part of this movement to make this world a better place to live.
Please feel free to ask for any clarification, information and presentation in your organisation
