The parents are providing consent for their son/daughter to apply for an Outbound Education program run by World of Outbound Corp. They understand that World of Outbound will be responsible for their child's safety and well-being during the trip, except in cases of natural disasters, pre-existing medical conditions, or if their child refuses to follow instructions. The parents also acknowledge that World of Outbound will exercise due diligence in supervising their child and property during the trip. The parents sign the application, granting their consent.

your Outbound Education®. We fully understand that in the event of my son/daughter’s participation in said trip, you will
take full responsibility for his/her safety and wellbeing, except only when any injury, damage or any untoward incident shall
occur due to the following:
1. Any fortuitous event such as typhoon, earthquake, floods, volcanic eruptions and other natural calamities and
events not within your control such as war, terroristic and violent attacks and similar occurrences;
2. Any pre-existing medical condition or disease;
3. Refusal to obey instructions, policies and guidelines set forth by World of Outbound, its officers and / or
employees.
It is also further understood that the officers and employees of World of Outbound shall exercise utmost diligence in

absolve the former of any liability arising from said trip.
