This document provides instructions for students to participate in a video project contest called Narrativas Parques del Rio Medellín. VIDEO PROJECT
Goal: To participate in the contest Narrativas Parques del Rio Medellín in the audiovisual
category looking for a meaningful experience connected to the English class.
Instructions:
1. Visit: http://www.parquesdelriomedellin.com/narrativas/que-es-el-concurso and explore
the website, specially the Qué es el concurso? and Bases del concurso links.
2. Read the AUDIOVISUALES 1 and 2 documents shared by your teacher in his website.
3. Take into account the following deadlines:
a. Idea, setting, story and research: From Monday, May 25th
to Friday, May 29th
.
b. Synopsis and plot: From Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 5th.
c. Script and story board: From Monday June 29th
to Friday July 3rd
.
d. Preproduction. From Monday, July 6th
to Friday, July 10th
.
e. Production and postproduction: From Monday July 13th
to Friday July 17th
.
4. Present your videos to your teacher during the last class from Monday July 13th
to Friday
July 17th
.
5. The entire project must be done in Spanish, except the script, story board and production
which must include English subtitles.
