This document provides a 4-step process for making wishes, dreams and goals a reality:
1. Brainstorm how to achieve the goal in the next 12 months and write down any ideas.
2. Each month, refine the ideas for how to achieve the goal that month.
3. Each week, further refine the ideas for how to achieve the goal that week.
4. Each day, identify specific actions that can be taken that day to progress toward the goal.
The process involves regularly refining and breaking down ideas into smaller action steps to keep progressing toward the overall goal. Performing the daily exercise is considered the most important part of the process.

When it comes to changing hearts and minds there are drivers consistent to all human behavior, which have little to do with rational decision making. Knowing how we really make decisions has implications for how we communicate as business leaders, governments and social change makers.

6. What has stopped me so far? 7. What will I need to let go of? What do I want to 8. When will I have achieved my
keep in the present situation? wishes? Looking back from then,
st
what was the 1 thing I will have
done?
2. Keeping Going
Step 1
On the top of a piece of paper write…
“How can I easily make my (add in your specific goal/dream/wish) happen in the next 12 months?
Then just brainstorm and write out anything that comes to your mind. Don’t think about it or try
to do anything. Just write down anything and everything that comes to your mind.
Let your subconscious do the work for you.
Do this exercise for about 15-20 minutes or until you have exhausted all of your resources.
You will be amazed at what you can come up with.
Step 2
At the beginning of every month, take another page in your notepad and write out the following:
“How can I easily make my (add in your specific goal/dream/wish) happen this month?”
Write out anything and everything that comes to your mind. In this step you will break down
and expand on anything that you have written down in step 1.
Do this exercise for about 10-15 minutes or until you have exhausted all of your resources.
Step 3
This step will be performed at the beginning of every week. Take another page in your notepad and write
out the following:
“How can I easily make my (add in your specific goal/dream/wish) happen this week?”
Again, write out anything and everything that comes to your mind. In this step you will break
down and expand on anything that you have written down in step 2.
Do this exercise for about 10-15 minutes or until you have exhausted all of your resources.
Step 4
This step will be performed at the beginning of each and every day and is the most important and most
effective step that will change your life forever. Write down the following at the top of the page:
“How can I easily make (add in your specific goal/dream/wish) happen today?”
Now write out anything and everything that comes to your mind. In this step you will break
down and expand on anything that you have written down in step 3.
Do this exercise for about 10-15 minutes or until you have exhausted all of your resources.
Perform this exercise every single day first thing in the morning.
