Problem Statement
ACQUIRE SOME TOOLS AND SKILLS (HARD AND SOFT ONES) TO HELP HER IN THE
STUDIES-WORK TRANSITION
Stakeholder
GRADUATE, FEMALE, MIDDLEAGE, PROFESSIONAL ON HEALTH SECTOR, WITH POST
GRADUATED STUDIES, PASSIONATE ABOUT HER AREA, UNDECIDED, WITH A POOR SELF-
CONFIDENCE
By Manuel Méndez Diaz
Select ideas
A) To create a state enterprises where recent graduates can work his first year (aimed at
achieving improvements in the quality of life of the citizens of the country) and you can apply
for a second year
The idea seeks to create a "soft work" transition from graduate to the real job market. In this
case the State will benefit from the fresh ideas and free minds of more recent graduates to
improve the quality of life in the country, and the graduate will benefit by the experience of
working in difficult socio-economic contexts, besides having a smoother transition from
college to work
B) Create an University program "Developing soft skills": theater classes, relaxation, body
and oral communication, etc.
This idea is oriented to develope soft skills (universities do not deliver this ones generally)
and in those days the job market really need it. For example, how to be empathetic with the
costumers?, How improve my ability to share with others?, How to avoid stress?, Etc..
The software only contrasted this information and select graduates/jobs with major
coincidences
