This document discusses two prototypes for improving how a woman's boss and coworkers value her work and performance. The first prototype involves changing work groups, while the second brings ideas from other countries into her work routine. For both prototypes, feedback is provided on what worked and could be improved, and questions are raised. Suggested ideas to address the feedback include developing new skills to become a better professional or finding a new job with preferred coworkers. Interacting with stakeholders and analyzing her current work are also proposed to understand how the prototypes may impact her situation.
