This new music video concept seamlessly weaves together
nostalgia, vibrant color schemes, and an evocative love
story, encapsulating the essence of the 2000s aesthetic.
Fans will find themselves traveling back to an era
characterized by memorable visuals and an emotional
narrative.

COLORPALETTE 4
CONCEPT
This video will take you through a journey of the ups and downs of
love. It shows how the ‘old kinda love’ is a real kinda love. We
utilize colors, sets, body language, and more to properly execute a
story from the 2000's era.
THAT OLD TYPE OF LOVE

INTROCUT SCENE
This story begins with a cut scene (no music). A
couple walks out from a building late at night into
the street. Before they step onto the side walk,
paparazzi cameras begin flashing. Phrases like
“ten look over here” and “yo over here” are being
shouted to get tens attention. On the flip side, the
paparazzi are also calling on his girl. “Hey beautiful
over here!” Implying they are both famous.

INTROCUT SCENE
They get into the car (dark and black) and you
can still hear the muffled shouting outside the
doors. She looks at him and asks, “are you
coming over tonight?” and he responds with
“Nah, bæ I’ve gotta go record at the studio.”

For the speaking intro of this song, we cut to Ten in the studio rapping into
a mic (silently). His girl sits onto the couch in slow motion with a flip phone
making a call. It cuts again to see Tens phone ringing and he doesn’t see it
because he’s still recording. She leaves the voicemail and he keeps
recording.

Throughout the next 20 seconds of
the song, their ups and downs as a
couple will be portrayed by using an
angsty R & B style framing and
choreo. For one scene we will split
the wall into one side white
background and one side blue
graffiti. On Ten’s side he will be
dressed in white in front of the blue
background. She will be dressed in
blue in front of the white background.

MIDSONGCUTSCENE

She is in the nail/hair salon getting her
nails filed and she says, “and then he
didn’t wanna come over.” The girls gasp
dramatically and shake their heads. He will
send her flowers and the girls in the salon
will crowd her to read the note attached
that says “I love you, dinner tonight?” and
the girls gas her up and squeal and she
smiles. The beat drops and the scene is
over.

Throughout the rest of the video, TEN
raps to his girl. We cut to some shots
of him in the studio rapping in mic or
to camera. Shots of him rapping in a
bathroom mirror. Everything is
brighter, more colorful, joyful. He’s
hugging her from behind while shes
putting on lipstick in the same mirror
on- “I know you tryna watch your
figure, but I’m tryna blow your belly”
Shots of him rapping in front of the
paparazzi with cameras flashing. It’ll
alternate between those 3 sets.

From the iconic baggy tee shirts and long denim shorts and baggy jeans- looks similar to
those worn by Mario with the baggy white jeans.
ICONIC OUTFITS
Most iconic, the bathroom scene from All Falls Down by Kanye West has a unique filming
style that will be somewhat replicated with different scenery.
Another iconic shot from this music video features Kanye’s reflection being filmed in the
window of a car. The dancing mirror scene from Let me love you by Mario is also iconic to
be incorporated.

Larger diamond earring studs as worn by many R&B artists at the time.
Large chains with large pendants like worn by Jay-Z, as well as Bow Wow in different

Gabrielle led in crafting the storyline and narrative for this music
video, infusing it with the distinct style of the 2000’s and the
aesthetic of a love story. She showed her creative skills by
combining elements from that time and from iconic music videos
with a heartfelt story, making sure every part of it would touch his
audience. Along with the concept of the story, she created the
catchline and color schemes to evoke the proper emotions from his
audience.

HANNAHHOWARD
Hannah was responsible for conceptualizing and writing the
treatment sections that focused on memorable moments from the
2000s, such as famous couples, iconic jewelry, and trendy outfits.
She dedicated time to researching the target market and
demographic for this video as well as crafting a visual
representation to illustrate this information. Furthermore, she
assisted with locating images for various portions of the treatment
and editing/designing the slides. As an event manager who has
worked with worldwide stars and planned events for nationally
acclaimed corporations she has loved branching out into new areas
of the industry

GABRIELAMILETTI
Miletti has been a Production Coordinator an a Production Assitant
for music videos. She was a Creative Producer for this particular
one and also took charge of the wardrobe and overall aesthetic,
contributing significantly to the distinctive charms of this work. Her
deep enthusiasm for this genre of music played a vital role in the
team’s ability to identify iconic couples from the era featured in the
treatment of the video. Her creative touch elevated the idea,
ensuring that the visual narrative resonates deeply with the
audience. Miletti’s attention to detail and great eye for fashion
played a crucial role in capturing the essence of the 2000’s era.

JAIMECLARK
Jaime is eager to gain experience in the industry so she can manage
artists and become a touring manager. Jaime was responsible for
selecting fonts, conducting client research, and overseeing project
management. She gathered background information about the
artist to grasp a deeper understanding of him and his style. Overall,
Jaime guaranteed the group made substantial progress in order to
meet deadlines with high quality work.

Fans will find themselves traveling back to an era characterized by memorable visuals and an emotional narrative. 3
  • 5. CONCEPT This video will take you through a journey of the ups and downs of love. It shows how the ‘old kinda love’ is a real kinda love. We utilize colors, sets, body language, and more to properly execute a story from the 2000's era. THAT OLD TYPE OF LOVE 5
  • 6. INTROCUT SCENE This story begins with a cut scene (no music). A couple walks out from a building late at night into the street. Before they step onto the side walk, paparazzi cameras begin flashing. Phrases like “ten look over here” and “yo over here” are being shouted to get tens attention. On the flip side, the paparazzi are also calling on his girl. “Hey beautiful over here!” Implying they are both famous. 6
  • 7. INTROCUT SCENE They get into the car (dark and black) and you can still hear the muffled shouting outside the doors. She looks at him and asks, “are you coming over tonight?” and he responds with “Nah, bæ I’ve gotta go record at the studio.” 7
  • 8. For the speaking intro of this song, we cut to Ten in the studio rapping into a mic (silently). His girl sits onto the couch in slow motion with a flip phone making a call. It cuts again to see Tens phone ringing and he doesn’t see it because he’s still recording. She leaves the voicemail and he keeps recording. 0:00-0:21 8
  • 9. Throughout the next 20 seconds of the song, their ups and downs as a couple will be portrayed by using an angsty R & B style framing and choreo. For one scene we will split the wall into one side white background and one side blue graffiti. On Ten’s side he will be dressed in white in front of the blue background.   • 10. MIDSONGCUTSCENE 00:56 She is in the nail/hair salon getting her nails filed and she says, “and then he didn’t wanna come over.” The girls gasp dramatically and shake their heads. He will send her flowers and the girls in the salon will crowd her to read the note attached that says “I love you, dinner tonight?” and the girls gas her up and squeal and she smiles. The beat drops and the scene is over. 10
  • 11. Throughout the rest of the video, TEN raps to his girl. We cut to some shots of him in the studio rapping in mic or to camera. Shots of him rapping in a bathroom mirror. Everything is brighter, more colorful, joyful. He’s hugging her from behind while shes putting on lipstick in the same mirror on- “I know you tryna watch your figure, but I’m tryna blow your belly” Shots of him rapping in front of the paparazzi with cameras flashing. Another iconic shot from this music video features Kanye’s reflection being filmed in the window of a car. The dancing mirror scene from Let me love you by Mario is also iconic to be incorporated. She showed her creative skills by combining elements from that time and from iconic music videos with a heartfelt story, making sure every part of it would touch his audience. Along with the concept of the story, she created the catchline and color schemes to evoke the proper emotions from his audience. 25

HANNAHHOWARD Hannah was responsible for conceptualizing and writing the treatment sections that focused on memorable moments from the 2000s, such as famous couples, iconic jewelry, and trendy outfits. She dedicated time to researching the target market and demographic for this video as well as crafting a visual representation to illustrate this information. Furthermore, she assisted with locating images for various portions of the treatment and editing/designing the slides. As an event manager who has worked with worldwide stars and planned events for nationally acclaimed corporations she has loved branching out into new areas of the industry 26
  • 28. GABRIELAMILETTI Miletti has been a Production Coordinator an a Production Assitant for music videos. She was a Creative Producer for this particular one and also took charge of the wardrobe and overall aesthetic, contributing significantly to the distinctive charms of this work. Her deep enthusiasm for this genre of music played a vital role in the team’s ability to identify iconic couples from the era featured in the treatment of the video. Her creative touch elevated the idea, ensuring that the visual narrative resonates deeply with the audience. Miletti’s attention to detail and great eye for fashion played a crucial role in capturing the essence of the 2000’s era. 27
