However I still want to portray her as being popular therefore the clothes have to be trendy.For the party scene I want her to look glamorous as the popular girl is typical stylish. I also want to portray the character as being vain and materialistic, I think this characteristic will come across by dressing her in fashionable clothes.

4. Costume for male performer (popular boy)Typically the popular boys in school are into sports, therefore I would dress my performer with sport brands. Letterman jackets also have connotations of sports and and are mainly worn by the popular gangs in school, making the character look athletic and well-liked.

5. Costume for main male character (geek)We want all our characters to be stereotypical so that the audience will easily recognise them. I would dress the geek in smart cloths as typically the don’t care much about their appearance as they focus more on their work.For the party scene I want this character to show up with a clown costume, this suggests he is seen as being a joke as he’s not taken seriously.

6. Equipment: Video cameraThe video camera will be used to record the footage for the music video.

7. TripodThe tripod will be used to keep the camera still when film, this makes the footage appear more professional as it is not shaky compared to when the camera is hand held.
