This document outlines two certification projects for a Salesforce Admin 201 and App Builder certification. The first scenario involves creating a service system for a mobile company to track customer issues and automate assigning issues and escalating issues based on priority and response time. The second scenario involves creating a placement application for a staffing company to track job postings, candidates, and automate assigning candidates to recruiters based on location and implement validation rules and notifications for candidate selection/rejection. Both scenarios require planning the data model, configuring rules for automation, and setting up notifications.
