ABSTRACT: A teacher's response to teaching can be considered a risk to the learning process. Especially
when she teaches the subject matter does not her major. Because the success of learning of the students will
depends on her. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the perspective and experience of non- Filipino major
teacher who teaches Filipino subject even if it is contrary. This study identifies the strength and weakness of
teachers in the elements of teaching. In describing them, it has been determined that there is no significance
between perspective and demographic profile of teachers, except for the element of knowledge in the subject
matter that has a significance. As a result of the study, the strength in teaching of Filipino subject has been
identified, the main element of teaching has been described as the "Experienced" description: classroom
management, while the preparation of the teaching learning materials became the "Less Experienced"
description from the five main elements of teaching. The researcher suggested to implement a plan of action to
indulge awareness skills, and teacher management on a Filipino-language subject, teaching method, strategies,
and class management. Similarly, it wants to fill in the shortage of teachers with knowledge and skills in
preparing teaching learning materials, to solve the learning problems and to promote the fulfillment of the goal
of creating a teacher who is effective and innovative for the 21st century.

Mga Kagamitang Pampagtuturong Ginagamit sa mga Asignaturang FilipinoAJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT : Teachers have an important role to play in enhancing students' learning, which is important for
their future success. Their ability to teach has a direct impact on the learning and development of their learners,
and they can make learning more engaging by selecting instructional materials that are suitable for the class. In
this paper, the researchers aim to determine what instructional materials are best for college students,
specifically for Filipino-related subjects. The researchers gathered the data in order to determine the level and
factors involved in the use of instructional materials. As a sort of quantitative research, this study documents,
calculates, and analyzes the level of use and other aspects by gathering data using a survey questionnaire. In
connection with this, it was discovered that there is a significant difference in the use of traditional and modern
instructional materials in teaching Filipino subjects. Students often used modern instructional materials because
of the factors that it makes the preparation easier in general. Based on the results, the researchers gave a
conclusion and made recommendations to further develop the study.
2010 Secondary Education Curriculum- Kalimitan, ang pagpapalit o pagbabago ng kurikulum sa Pilipinas ay isinasagawa tuwing ikasampung taon.
Ngunit bunga ng mabilis na pagbabago sa larangan ng edukasyon at patuloy na paglaganap ng mga makabagong kaalaman at impormasyon, naniniwala ang Kawanihan ng Edukasyong Sekondari na dapat nang isaayos ang kasalukuyang kurikulum upang sa gayo’y makaagapay at matugunan nito ang mga pangangailangan ng ating lipunan at ng mga mag – aaral ng kasalukuyang panahon.

2. OBJECTIVES
Implement DepEd 3B’s Program in SDO
Capiz;
help parents enhance their competence in
teaching beginning reading;
improve Reading Performance of learners
lagging behind; and
reduce Non-readers and Slow Readers.
3. The development team developed video lessons on
Beginning Reading in MTB using the MARUNGKO
approach.
Activity sheets were also developed based on the video
lessons so that after viewing the lessons the learners will
answer the assessment using the activity sheets.
4. This is both literacy and learning resource
innovation in order to help the learning
facilitators in classhome to lessen their burden on
how to let their children read without the teacher
in times of pandemic.
Teaching beginning reading is very difficult if the
learning facilitator doesn’t have the skills in
teaching beginning reading. This is an
intervention given by teachers to parents/teacher
facilitators aside from the reading materials.

Pagbasa’t Pag-unawa)
Ang Proyektong 3Ps ay tutulong sa mga guro upang makita ang kakayahan ng
mga mag-aaral sa pagbasa’t pag-unawa mula sa Baitang 4 hanggang Baitang 6.
Makikita rin dito kung anong bahagdan ng ating mga mag-aaral ang nasa
kanilang lebel sa pagbasa base sa kung anong baitang na sila. Ganoon din
makikita rin ang mga mag-aaral kung sino at ilan ang napabilang sa
PAGKABIGO, PAMPAGKATUTO, at MALAYANG kategorya. Ito ay base sa PHIL IRI.
Ang mga mag-aaral na mapapabilang sa PAGKABIGO ay bibigyan ng
interbensiyon ng mga guro upang mapaigting ang kanilang kakayahan sa
pagbasa.
10. Maaring gamitin ang mga bababasahin na makikita sa PHIL IRI basi sa
kakayahan ng mag-aaral
