role in creating distinctive projects, and then delivering them with
flawless execution.

studies and exercises.

high-level plan and statement of requirements, work breakdown
structure, cost, schedule, and other resources.
 To describe how to identify, assess, manage, and track risks and
uncertainties.
 Define project closeout activities and assess the impact of knowledge

Course Methodology
The course is a blend of lectures, group exercises and self work.
Interactive games and exercises will be utilized throughout the training,
with games and exercises each day. Case Studies are used continuously
through the course to encourage critical thinking and real-life application of
the project management principles.

Who Should Attend
This course is best suited for Team Leaders, Project Managers, Middle
Managers. Project Management is not just for designated Project
Managers. It’s a tool needed and used by every manager who must see
and deliver each task as a project.
Course Timings
The registration desk shall be open from 8 AM and the course shall start
at sharp 9 AM and end at 2PM each day. Two coffee breaks shall be
given in between and Lunch shall be served after the course. Prayer
breaks shall be given during the course timings. Participants must arrive
at the venue in time and attend all the sessions. Participants whose
attendance falls below 80% of the total contact hours may not be issued
the certificate of completion

The course fee is USD 2000 per person, including F&B, Course
materials and six months of follow up services. Fees exclude
travel or stay. A discount is available for Emirati citizens and
organizations deputing more than 3 delegates. Upon
registration request from the Training Dept. a seat will be
reserved and confirmed to the participant subject to availability
of seats in the class.
Cancellations received in less than 24 hours of the start time
shall be subject to 50% fees
