Încurajarea formării continue a cadrelor didactice și manageriale;

-60% din cadre didactice ( nivel primar si gimnazial ) stiu sa foloseasca aparatura digitala din
scoala in cadrul activitatilor educative, folosesc resurse TIC ( blog, Weebly,social media ) in
proiecte si in cadrul lectiilor, integrand tehnologia sec.XXI in scoala noastra
-60% din cadre didactice aplica cu incredere metode activ-participative,non-formale in cadrul
lectiilorantrenandu-i si pe elevii cu cerinte speciale educationale speciale si pe elevii ce provin
din grupuridezavantajate social in activitati; aplica diverse tehnici si strategii interculturale
creative in scoala pentru a incuraja integrarea elevilor cu CES in invatamantul de masa si
instrumente de mediere si negociere in lupta impotriva excluderii grupurilor dezavantajate din
comunitatea locala
-2 cadre din managementul scolii si din consiliul de administratie aduc imbunatatiri
institutionale cu valori europene ; dobandesc metode si modalitati de abordare in managementul
